"If you live in Omaha, you know how the weather has been the last few days, I sled off the road in my truck. I made a simple phone call to my agent Jeff Moore. In a short time he called me back, and I explained to him what happened, he said that he would call me back with a claim number and literally within minutes, he called me back. He gave me a claim number for my truck , my rental car and a place where I could take my truck. It was close to my house and when I called the Body shop they already had all my information. "I HIGHLY recommend Jeff Moore's office!! My family has been working with Jeff and Mike for as long as I can remember. It wasn't until I graduated from college that a few situations/fender benders required insurance intervention. Taking on more responsibility as an adult, I began communicating with Mike myself as opposed to having my parents do the talking for me. Mike was so easy to work with and kept me well informed throughout all of it. When I decided it was time to lease a new car, I began working with Jeff, on a policy that was solely mine (not mom and dad's).
